She helped us sell our apartment (quickly and for top dollar), and purchase our first house which we absolutely love. She was patient with us as we searched for the perfect property that met our needs and budget. She is dependable, communicates well, professional, and treats her clients like family - you will not be disappointed!

She’s the nicest person ever AND she helped us secure our first home during one of the most difficult times in real estate. The open house had what seemed like 100 viewers. Loraine coached us into submitting an appropriate offer that was taken seriously. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism, and sweet charm all played a huge role in getting our offer accepted and the keys in our hands! Throughout the process she also worked in close collaboration with our mortgage broker and lawyer, both of whom she has excellent rapport with, to ensure that all went smoothly.
